Quickly create a schedule with Querio

With Querio you can quickly create your first schedule without much instruction.

To do this, you can go through the following steps.

We show this in a demo environment, so your environment may look slightly different.

Step 1

Log in to Querio as a user who can plan (for example a planner or as an administrator).

You will then see the dashboard with the menu on the left.

Step 2

In our example we are going to plan a service, click on Planning > Shift planning in the menu.

The planning screen appears:

Step 3

In the planning screen we see the employees on the left. On the right there are gray boxes under the date/time fields. When you click on a gray box, the Planning screen opens:

Employee name and date

In the planning screen we see the name of the employee. The date and a time slot of the block we clicked on are already filled in, but can be adjusted as desired.

Break

A break can be entered if necessary (in minutes).

Location

When locations have been created, a location can be specified that belongs to the planning.

Task

When tasks have been created, a task can be selected that belongs to the planning.

Project/activity

When projects have been created, a project can be selected that belongs to the planning.

Selections can be made later on almost all components. Hours can also be shown in overviews.

Save

When everything has been filled in, the planning can be saved by clicking on Save.

Display

The planning is shown on the screen as a block. The colours can be set as desired.
